2. Our services
We provide paid-advertising services on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok: ad account audits, campaign setup and monthly campaign management plans, as described on each service page. We do not sell advertising inventory; your ads run in your own ad accounts.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the service pages. Payment is taken at checkout. Ad spend is not included in our prices: you pay Meta or TikTok directly from your own ad account. Management plans are priced by your monthly ad budget (up to USD 2,500, 5,000, 12,500 or 25,000) and are sold for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; 3, 6 and 12-month plans are paid upfront at a discount. If your actual monthly ad spend goes above the budget level you bought, we agree the change with you before charging anything more.
4. Your responsibilities
You give us the access we need to your ad accounts, pages and pixels, provide accurate information about your business, and make sure your products, offers and ads comply with the law and with the Meta and TikTok advertising policies. We may refuse or stop work for products or ads that break those policies.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are set out in our Service Delivery Policy and start once we have the access we need.
6. Results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control (platform algorithms, competition, your offer and website). We commit to doing the work described with care and to reporting honestly; we do not guarantee specific sales, leads or return on ad spend.
7. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Management plans can be stopped with 14 days notice.
8. Ownership
You keep ownership of your ad accounts, pages, pixels, audiences, data and the creatives you supply. Copy and creative briefs we produce for you are yours once paid for.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for platform decisions such as ad rejections or account restrictions.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
