What do I get with the Ad Account Audit?
A review of your account structure, campaigns, tracking (pixel and Conversions API), audiences and creatives. You receive a written report with prioritised fixes within 5 business days, followed by a 45-minute walkthrough call. The price is USD 350.
How are the management plans priced?
By your monthly ad budget: $250 / month up to $2,500 of ad spend, $350 up to $5,000, $500 up to $12,500 and $900 up to $25,000. 3, 6 and 12-month plans are paid upfront and save 5%, 10% and 15%. Above $25,000 a month, ask for a custom quote.
Is ad spend included in your prices?
No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta or TikTok from your own ad account. Our prices cover our work only, so you always see exactly what the platforms charge.
How fast do you deliver?
The audit report is delivered within 5 business days, campaign setup within 7 business days, and monthly management starts within 3 business days. Times start once we have access to your ad accounts. Details are in our Service Delivery Policy.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel within 7 days of payment and before we start the work, you get a full refund. Monthly plans can be stopped with 14 days notice; on prepaid 3, 6 and 12-month plans, full months not yet started are refunded, minus the discount already received. See our Refund Policy.
